I asked for flexible plan at Basic-fit Den Bosch in Feb. 2015 for the service in Feb. and March. I paid all the fee for the whole period at subscription. However, I recently noticed that Basic-fit was charging me 21.99 Euro a month automatically from my bank account for April, May, June, and July. I asked for a refund from Basic-fit for April, May, and June and cancelled the payment for July. However, Basic-fit refused to give my money back and said that I should read the contract. I said very clear at subscription that I only wanted service by the end of March. And I never received any written contract or email notice of my automatic payment duty. I want my money back. Basic-fit is very disappointing. Please help me.
